Why isn't my player playing ?.

This is usually caused by not copy and pasting the code properly. Just go back to our stations index, and re select the radio player you would like. Make sure you click the Select All button. Then go back to your MySpace, Website, Blog etc.. and paste the code into your page, and save. Then try again.
If this does not work, there are other factors. One of which is us !! Yes we do make mistakes from time to time, and apologise if the result of this, has caused you incredible stress. Just nip onto our Help section and report dead link

I hear no music ?.

This can be the very basic of problems, and also quite complex to configure.
1. check you have your speakers turned ON
2. check the volume control on the Media Player is on FULL

3. check that the stream icon is ON.

Ok, now if the Stream icon isnt moving, then the Radio station may be temporarily unavailable. Some radio stations, believe it or not, do not stream 24/7. Check back after a few hours, if there is still no service then please report the link, to us so that we may investigate, and fix any GetFQD-Cast issues.

Windows is asking me to install an Active X control, why ?.

We stream using Windows very stable and free media player.

Another reason windows may be asking you to install an Active X control, is to allow the stream to actually stream.

My firewall, is asking to allow some kinda permission ?.

Some firewalls, will ask that you grant permission for the streams to play, none of our Modules contain any adware.
To ensure your system is fully protected get Lavasofts adware program , detect and destroy any form of spyware

Our players are Copyright. Howver , if you wish to adapt our player, then before going live. Please email us with a URL so that we may check the player, and make comments or suggestions.
